Key duties

• Perform hotel operations according to the employer's approved work procedures and shift standards.
• Demonstrate dependable guest service during screening and any practical evaluation required for Filipino Hospitality Staff Required.
• Maintain consistent shift work during assigned shifts, team handovers and operational reporting.
• Follow site rules covering department handover, attendance, safety, conduct and escalation discipline.
• Report work issues promptly and cooperate with the responsible Saudi supervisor or recruiter.

Role requirements

• Practical experience relevant to hotel staff responsibilities, preferably with recent verifiable employment.
• Ability to explain or demonstrate hotel operations and guest service accurately during screening.
• Ability to work the stated shift pattern and join according to the availability declared in the application.
• Clear communication, responsible conduct and willingness to follow Saudi workplace policies.
• Any licence, registration or equipment authorization required for the role must be current and verifiable.

Mandatory Saudi candidate eligibility

• Applicants must currently be inside Saudi Arabia.
• Filipino nationality is required for this vacancy.
• A valid Saudi Iqama is required.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
